Chair of the Board
Susan Grossman joined the Americares board in 2019 and was elected chair in 2022. Ms. Grossman brings to the board wide-ranging leadership experience in the retail and technology sectors, having held several senior management roles in data analytics, marketing and business strategy. She currently serves as executive vice president of consumer acquisition and engagement services at Mastercard.
She previously served as executive vice president of marketing services retail. Prior to that she was executive vice president of retail and commerce for Mastercard Advisors. Before joining Mastercard in 2011, Ms. Grossman worked as senior vice president of analytics solutions for Symphony IRI Group where she was responsible for the design, development, sales and implementation of software-based analytics solutions. She holds a Master of Business Administration in marketing from Northeastern University and a bachelor’s degree in communications from Boston College.
